The five-year development strategy of the Grodno Group, presented during the conference on October 2, 2025, leverages two powerful megatrends: the technological revolution driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and the ongoing energy transformation.
Building on 35 years of solid foundations, GRODNO is setting out to fulfill its newly defined mission - “We Electrify the World!” - and to scale its operations through a unique omnichannel customer service model that seamlessly connects all sales and support channels.

By executing our strategic goals, we’re aiming to double our revenues and multiply financial results from the company’s best years. This also means our goal is to multiply value for shareholders, especially considering Grodno’s current market capitalization of just PLN 170 million on the Warsaw Stock Exchange,”

To further strengthen its long-term competitive advantages, Grodno plans to invest PLN 120 million over the next five years. These funds will go toward expanding infrastructure, implementing additional AI solutions, automating warehouses, and growing the company’s sales network.
